I am currently a Global China Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the Boston University Global Development Policy Center. I got my PhD in International Relations in National University of Singapore in December 2024. My research interests lie in the political economy of development finance, multilateral development banks and global economic governance, with a particular focus on Bretton Woods institutions. I am also doing research or plan to do research on China’s development finance in Global South, China’s debt restructuring, China’s central bank swap line and the Global Financial Safety Net.
I gained working experience in the World Bank, an investment bank a think tank. I received the Master in Finance from George Washington University and the Bachelors in Financial Engineering from Beihang University.
I believe in the power of development and am committed to integrating research and analytical thinking with practice, translating them into concrete and actionable development policies.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading books, especially works of literature. I also enjoy doing sports, watching games, visiting museums, hiking, cooking, and traveling. Most importantly, I value engaging with society and building deep, meaningful connections with people.
